move. Can you help me?

Have you tried unplugging it for a while and then plugging back in?

NO,but I will.This is not central air. It is a through the wall unit.

Removing the plug from the wall and replacing it, as you suggested, didn't work. Other options?

Since you can't help resolve this A/C problem , cancel my request. I will contact Sears and get information on sending aservice man.
