Customer Question

Just installed a new a/c on old belt drive furnace. Now seems like not enough air ( cfm ) for evaporator. Freezes up almost instantly. Replaced motor pulley with bigger 4". Still nothing. Any suggestions?

Hello, So far it sounds like you might have the blower running backwards. not much else would cause the problems with fast icing that you are having. The outside of the blower wheel should be sweeping air toward the outlet of blower.http://screencast.com/t/SZxjZQSD Let me know what you can discover, we can go from there in the morning.----------------We are on the honor system here.
