Have a 1994 'Carrier Comfort Zone' 4 zone systen. Have replaced

Customer Question

Have a 1994 'Carrier Comfort Zone' 4 zone systen. Have replaced HVAC with a new Carrier unit. Advised that no new WiFi termostat from Carrier will work with my system as it is too old. Honeywell, RCStechnology and ecobee say it is possible. Can you please advis as there are no numbers on the comfort zone panel and we have just listed our home for sale. Cheers. Neil Shepherd

Hello, with a zoned system, not all wi fi thermostats will adapt, I would have to see the diagram for the zone controller to advise you on that. However you already have two outfits, RCS and Ecobee who say they can do it... get a guote on the work with a guarantee of performance or your money back... you should be find if those are reputable companies. Let me know what you think, we can go from there. .
