Hi-our Bryant model 563g a/c unit is blowing air but it's not cold. The fan is not running outside in the unit. Any ideas?

Hello. My name is ***** ***** I'll do my best to help. Let's get started and see what we can do.If you have a volt meter for troubleshooting,Lets start with verifying voltage to contactors in outdoor unit. WE should have 230 volts into contactors and 24v to contactor coil.SEe below:
If we have voltage, look at capacitor and see if it is puffy and swollen.See below:
