I have a new gree mini split with a H5 code for IPM protection, what causes this?

this means the outdoor coil is dirty, fan is not working.
Is the outdoor condenser fan running? Is the coil plugged?

Is that a control board in the evap section not cooling?

It has to do with the outdoor unit not cooling the refrigerant enough.
Direct sun for long periods could raise pressure, too much freon...anything that cause extra heat/pressure to build.
