I run air handler CBX25UHV 5 ton but did not change transformer

Customer Question

I run air handler CBX25UHV 5 ton but did not change transformer seting from 230 to 208 Volts. Blower run but when I install heat pump outside, blower did not start but outside heat pump run.I found that all 24 V wire, even disconnected from Tstat and out side unit have 115 V reading.What hapened and what is solution. Thanks.

looks like we are confused as to your test points,...where are you reading that voltage?

Any 24 V wire with ground has 115 V reading

Mt first concern is that the transformer is wrong...
If by chance it is correct...the transformer is bad or hooked up wrong.
With just the line side hooked and not the low...what is voltage direct from the 2 wires...wire to wire not to ground

any 24 v wire with com (24 V com) is reading 22,7 V

Ok so the 115v is gone from the 24v circuit now?
Or was the 22.7 direct from transformer with nothing else hooked up?
