I have a Trane Comfortlink II variable speed heat pump model

Customer Question

I have a Trane Comfortlink II variable speed heat pump model 4tee3c04a1000aa. The pan below the furnace unit was filled with water which shut it down. I used a wet vac to dry the pan and it restarted, but once it was running water is coming from under the unit and slowly filling the pan.

Hello. My name is ***** ***** I'll do my best to help. Let's get started and see what we can do.Sounds like your condensate line going outside may be stopped up. If you have an air compressor .I would start by blowing that out.If not you can purchase a small canister of co2 at Lowes or Home depot to do this. We can go from here, See link below.
