I am trying to install a p330-0220 thermastate on a heat pump

Customer Question

I am trying to install a p330-0220 thermastate on a heat pump system that was probably wire wrong when it was installed 10 years ago. How many wires should I have and how can I verify that the colors are what they should be? Right now all I am getting is heat, I can't get the AC to work.
