Hi, I have a Carrier unit that is giving a code which means the secondary voltage is open. I changed the fuse, cut the a/c back on and it blew again. Can you help?

hello,
this is usually damage to outside thermostat wire going from furnace to ac....it gets weedwacked, chewed, pulled etc....check this wire for damage first
