I have a Honeywell thm532OR thermostat. It's showing a flashing "no signal" in the upper left hand corner. The unit on the furnace has no lights on... Can't get it to turn on the A/C? Any suggestions?

The main unit is not showing any power - no lights on it. I've reset all the breakers and all electric in the house is working
