Hi Douglas, I have a Trianco Mark-II boiler. Inside there is a Small tank where the water heats-up, this can be replaced ?

Yes it can be replaced but given the cost (almost as much as a new boiler) it's not worth fixing it. You're better off to just replace the boiler
