Got a choice between two identical layout houses - a damper house with valiant ecotec plus 418 VU GB 186/2-0 and seemingly pencil width dimension radiator pipes 8mm microbore (does that mean it's pressurised)? with an additional Worcester TDS 10 solar water heating system on the roof or --- a much dryer house with a much much older baxi Bermuda back boiler system and larger diameter finger/thumb 15mm width standard piping the hot water tank seems half the size in the baxi back house compared to the ecotec solar combo? Which preference would you choose ? I can email photos of everything if that helps ? The house with the ecotec and thin pipes has a rotten skirting in one location and maybe seems damper overall. Both homes have had there wooden floors on the ground level replaced with concrete floors.
