I just had to replace the circuit board on my furnace/A/C unit

I just had to replace the circuit board on my furnace/A/C unit because it would not turn on the condenser unit. I am now experiencing (about two months have passed since circuit board replacement) a situation where the evap blower motor kicks on and off for several minutes AFTER the thermostat (Nest thermostat) has turned off. It is causing the unit to vibrate and produce a noise that sounds like someone "thumpin" their bass music.
