HelloWe had a bad storm last night and the power went out

Customer Question

We had a bad storm last night and the power went out for about 15 minutes. The model of thermostat is RTHL2310/RTHL221 series and it is less than a year old. We have verified all of the settings, turned the power to the house on/off as well as the separate switches to the air. I've turned it to heat, went above the current temp and it didn't kick on either. I did push "run" and nothing happened either. We did the same for the air temp. We do have two air conditioner units and the upper floor with a separate air unit and same model of thermostat works just fine.

Can you get at the wires behind the thermostat?
