Russ here. Welcome. I am here to help. Please do not rate until you are satisfied with answer. Always available for follow up questions. Have you check drain to see if it is stopped up. If you have a shop vac. Find outside drain line outlet and vacuum out line for about 2 to 3 minutes. Russ

No good. Still a good steady leak coming out from the area. Is it possible the drain pan cracked? Didn't realize it used that much water. Steady little stream.

Still here just crashed and had to reset WiFI. . Is there a T in drain line you can look in and see if drain is stopped up. Russ
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
yes, it does not look like it is blocked. Water was coming out the pipe outside. I vacuumed from outside anyway in case it was a partial blockage.

think thats it. poured two cups down and most went backed into pan rather than down pipe. will go get a snake to try to free it up. Unless there is something I am missing?
Expert:  gotoman for ac replied 2 years ago.
No you are doing the right thing but the vacuum should have freed clog. Run water down drain while you run vacuum. Russ
