It sounds like the control board in this system has gone bad.
Just replaced with a new control board, does the same thing.
Check the low voltage wiring to make sure they are correct at the thermostat and at the control board on the furnace.
Okay, just checked, seems correct.
Is the furnace control board light flashing any codes?
This model does not have any code lights
Is the furnace lighting?
Then this may be an indication that one of your limit switches is open.
Are you able to check the limits for continuity?
Check all the limits switches. See if one of them is open.
