Furnace spill switch tripping off

Furnace spill switch tripping off

Hello,

My name is Billy.

We need to fire the unit and watch the burner pattern.

Then when circulation blower kicks on we need to see if the flame pattern changes, wavers, changes color etc...

Can you do this today?

Billy

Did that already, flame is blue and looks good. Center tube is a little yellow. no change when blower come on.

Thank you,

Is it the roll out switch that is tripping and if so which one?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

the one by the burners where the fresh air intake comes in.

Thank you. If the vent is clear intake is clear and drain is clear...it only leaves a bad exchanger.

You will want to inspect exchanger for any cracks or missing ringlets
