I have a heil n8mpn125J20A1 HVAC. My blower is not starting when the AC unit is working. We turned off the system and later turned it on again. The blower worked for about 5 minutes. I was looking for a circuit breaker but could not find one. What do I need to do to get the blower working?
Optional Information: Brand: Heil Type of HVAC: Air Conditioner Already Tried: I tried the seeting on the thermostate and I inspected looking for a circuit breaker. I could not find one.
blower motor is indoor so i would first just turn the system off at the thermostat and only turn on the fan on on the thermostat, if the fan turns on and runs without any time limits then we need to start inspecting the controls on your system, if it does not you need to check the capacitor on the fan and also the amp draw while the fan is running . do you have an amp meter that can test amp draw and mfd on a capacitor? Most of the time when a capacitor fails you can see that it is swollen and possibly leaking fluid .
