Hi. I'm Joe and I will be glad to help you out.1 goes to R-red.2 goes to Y-yellow wire probably.3 goes to W1-green wire.4 goes to G blue wire. This should be the wiring, but if it doesn't work properly, please reply back and let me know so that I can help you figure this out. Thanks
In that confireration omn the honeywell thermostat... the fan ran when on cool but did not cool. On heat, the fan did not run at all
OK. Swap the Green and blue wires. This should fix the problem,
ok, the fan now works on AUTO and on both in heat and cool but the air is not cool and the air coming out when in heat was 94 degrees... which is the temp outside so I do not think the heat is coming on either
Sounds like you have more than a thermostat problem. Have you checked your breakers for the outdoor unit?
When I hook the thermostat back up that I am trying to replace.... everything works fine. So that is why I got online with you guys to figure out what is wrong wiring wise.

Russ here Trane service manager. You are trying to install a conventional thermostat in place of a sensor. Unless you have a interface module or your system is designed with an interface it will not work. If you could get me the model number of unit I will pull it from my archives and see what i can do. That is micro electric controls on your system. With your help we can work out something. I have been working on Trane system 49 years I think I can help. Russ
Great! I will be back down to the location tomorrow(Saturday) and will pull this info from each of the 3 commercial units.
Great! I will be back down to the location tomorrow(Saturday) and will pull this info from each of the 3 commercial units. If this is the cases, can I get digital programmable sensors somewhere that dont cost an arm and a leg?
Get me number s on unit and I will find sensors for you. Russ
1 unit YCD 102C3HOAC
2 units YCD075C3HOBE
The replacement programable control for that sensor is BAysens019B. Google that number and a manual will come up . Russ
