Hello, welcome to Just Answer. There are no time limits here, I can work with you on this until the issue is resolved.
Tell me if this is your boiler or not.... we can go from there.

Unfortunately the manual for that boiler does not show the actual wiring diagrams on pages 32-36 that it is supposed to show.
We can do some checks without it. while I try another source.
First step, make sure you 120 volts power to the boiler.
Second step if you have 120 volts to the boiler, remove the front service panel, find the 24 volt control transformer and check for 24volts on its output. Let me know what you get.
Tell me what nation you are in, and the nearest city. I can find you competent repair people if you are not technically inclined.
Let me know, we can go from there,
Phil

This is a better manual, it shows the wiring diagrams etc. see page 35 for the line voltage and 24v output from the transformer... if you check that, we can continue from there.
See page 32, lower left hand corner of diagram. see Line and Neutral. that needs to be 120 volts, and next to it the 24 volt output from the transformer.. that needs to be 24 volts.
Phil - Thanks for your help. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you - was out for dinner. We are in Breckenridge, CO, so mountain time zone.
Yes, the instruction manual you attached is the unit we have. We have power to the unit - the on/off switch works and an exhaust blower comes on when the unit is on. the digital screen is completely dead. I will check the transformer to see if it is working.
I just looked at the wiring diagram and there is no way I can follow that. My name is XXX, XX the way.
Hello again Tom, if you have 24v at the transformer connections, odds are in the 90% range that the screen itself is bad... replug any connectors there, sometimes an oxide builds up and prevents signals to the screen, that burnishes any oxide off of the connectors. do it with the power OFF to the boiler.

It may be time for the service guys to come out. All of the connections look fine and in good shape. There is a sticker on the heater from All-American Heating and we already have a call into them. Hopefully they will call back - looks like an extremely cold shower tomorrow morning.
You are fortunate to have two boiler companies in your area that deal with Triangle boilers... Mark Cober is likely to be less expensive than Benjamin Franklin.. thats a large west US franchise.. with a fair reputation however
Warm up a 2 gallon pot of water on the stove, that will beat the daylights out of a 35F shower..
BTW - Mark Cober, who you found, does have a contact page on his website and I reached out to him as well. Hopefully he'll get back to me tomorrow. Thanks for your help. Have a good evening.
You can stay in touch with me as long as you like after you talk to these guys, I can coach you from there as necessary.
