Just let me know when you are ready
I am not sure if you are there or not.
I m here
Are you here?
Is thew blower running on the furnace or just the outside unit
blower is running inside
its actualy inside unit only
Ok is the outside unit running?
So the AC unit is all inside?
there is only one unite inside unit
yes thats correct
Where is the condenser unit? I am unfamiliar with anything like that
its right in front of you once you take of the cover .
you can see the coil
Yes the evaporator coil...that is the one that cools....the condenser and compressor are outside
I have never seen one inside
That would be extremely loud
than i didnt look the one outside
Ok go look outside and see if the outside fan and compressor are running or off.
They are off
Ok so just the blower is running inside correct?
Alright can you go by the thermostat or can you see the thermostat wires on the unit inside?
yes i can see tham
Ok disconnect the green wire and see if the blower turns off...it should be on the G terminal
i actualy did discconected all off tham earlier and the blower still run s
Ok if you disconnect all of them and the blower still runs the blower relay is stuck closed as the contacts have either fused together or there is an issue with the relay board
Did you get that model off the Trane unit inside
