Hello and welcome to Just Answer. I am servtech50 and will assist you today.
Does your system ice up from outside in? or just the coil begins to ice up?
If the frost/freezing starts outside the evap coil usually means a dirty filter or blower not up to speed. I do see you replaced the filter. if only coil freezes up then either you are low on refrigerant.......or the metering device is not feeding correctly........or the metering device is partially plugged, like with some solider that broke lose.
