i had a Rheem prestige series, 15 Seer, just installed. In the heat cycle, the unit's air flow makes considerable noise. The technical lowered the CFM in the heat cycle to 720 CFM. In the cooling cycle, it is now 600 CFM and it is good. How low can I safely adjust the heat cycle CFM?

You cannot lower it any lower than 720 cfm
If you lower it lower than 720, the airhandler will overheat.

They appear to be
I have no other ideas other than adding more insulation to the ducts.

Hello,you may be adjust the fan speed. Is the air handler equipped with electric back up heat? Or is there a gas Furnace? You can always install more supply registers or return alsoIf you have indoor model number I can be specific.
