I have a Bryant plus 90 that is not ingiting when thermostat sends request. There are no errors on the LED. When I do component test the blowers ramp up through the tests and I get amber glow in window for about 5-10 sec then everything shuts down.
Optional Information: Make : bryant Model : plus 90 Already Tried: switch all breakers off and on. power off to Furnace, flow switch off, wait 5 min, flow on, power on.

do you mind removing the thermostat top section for a test?
Are you saying you want me to access the thermostat wiring behind the lcd panel?
correct....the wire on R and the wire on W and twist these together.I want to eleiminate items in the circuit anf the first elimination is the thermostat.So twist r and w together and tell me if exhaust starts

Thank you.This means the thermostat has batteries that are bad..OR..the thermostat is bad.R and W just bypasses the thermostat. Billy
Thanks Billy! Looks like I need to replace the thermostat, its a Honeywell rth230b. Only a couple of years old but I also replaced the batteries in troubleshooting. I've had intermintent problems for a couple of years but they always seemed to go away after unplugging everything and restarting from go.
