Carrier thermostat "TSTATCCSHP01" is not working. seems like its not connected because lights and numbers are out/ off. checked the electrical pannel and its on.

If you have a volt meter, remove front cover from thermostat and check to see if you are getting 24 volts between R and C. If not, you may have a loose wire in air handler, a blown fuse or a bad transformer.graphicgraphicgraphic
