I am not getting 24 volts at my thermostat. drain is good. where do i find the 24 volt transformer and fuse. it's a trane xr13

Hello, find where the thermostat wires land inside the unit, you will have to lift off the service panel near where the thermostat wire comes out of the ground and goes into the unit, there will be a red, white, yellow, and green wire all on the same terminal strip.

follow the red wire, it will go directly to the transformer, Look for a fuse there, you can also use a multi meter to check for 24v there

Look that over, get back to me, we keep going until this resolves
