Last winter my lennox 78ugf furnace made a loud clicking noise

Customer Question

Last winter my lennox 78ugf furnace made a loud clicking noise frequently when kicking on...I turned on the heat this year and..nothing, was the clicking a sign of a part going bad? I followed instructions to turn of gas flow, breaker, set thermostat to low, wait 5 minutes, turn on valve, turn on breaker turn on heat and still nothing....where should I start? Already reset thermostat (digital) and checked wire connectors too

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to help! This is an old, old furnace. I'm showing this as standing pilot, correct? Or was this converted to electronic ignition? If so, the clicking was the pilot trying to light. I'll need this information to proceed. If it is electronic ignition now, which module is being used (model number)?
