Phil :

Hi,This is risky business, not responsible for damages on your end. We *keep going until *you are happy. I come and go. be patient

Phil :

You can test between the two wires that supply power to the pool timer with a 'multi meter'

Phil :

If however one is black, the other is white, and there is a green.. thats the wire coding used for 110v... 220v has a coding of blank and red.

Phil :

but you still need to verify with a meter.

Phil :

Now thats JUST the power to run the timer.

Phil :

The switches built into the timer to turn things on and off could be any voltage.. you need a meter to verify such voltage, color codes there will be even less reliable.

Phil :

You can buy a multi meter at a hardware store... look for a better one, 30 dollars of so.

Phil :

Let me know if you need further elaboration, Phil
