I have an RA832A relay that may be defective. I have 120V

Resolved Question:

I have an RA832A relay that may be defective. I have 120V input on L1 and L2 but no output on Load 1. I have 25V on the thermostat control feed. How do I know for sure if I need to replace the relay?

Do you have 24v to the coil?

Verified 24V to the T terminals. How do I verify volts at the coil?
Expert:  BillyHvac replied 6 years ago.

What is application? Does 24v leave transformer, go to thermostat ..back from thermostat to limit or relay?

What furnace make model?

If you know 24 common...leave meter lead on common and trace 24v+ to and from components.

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
The application is to control a circulation pump for a radiant heat circuit. Also connected to the auxilliary low voltage load is what I assume to be a burner control

Do you have an aquastat to control burner (b1 and 2) and circulator (c1 and 2)?

Or is this more of a homemade system?

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
The system is hot water with multiple zones. Most of the zones are baseboard or radiators and one zone is radiant floor heat. Thermostats trigger the burner and water temp controls the zone valves
