Resolved Question:

I have a Pulse 21 furnace which usually does not start. In the rare event that it does start, it runs well and heats well. Is there a service I can perform which will fix this problem. I do not have a service manual.

If you have the model number I can supply specific manual and help.

I realize it is Pulse 21 but the model number will narrow it down.

I cannot find a model no. However, the unit is approximate 15 years old.

I would refer to the gas intake diaphram material and make sure it is clean.

Check the drain is not backed up.

Verify intake and vent pipe are clear.

Those arfe the critical itiems for start up.
