M Oglesby :

Look on the back of the Furnace Panel doors to see if you can find out what the 33 code indicates.

Customer:

Limit circle default restricted vent

M Oglesby :

Was the filter really dirty?

Customer:

yes

M Oglesby :

That is probably what restricted vent code is.

M Oglesby :

Did you see a turn off switch like a light switch at the Furnace?

M Oglesby :

In the viscinity of the furnace?

Customer:

yes I turned it off for a couple of days

M Oglesby :

Look inside the furnace cabinet and see if you can find any small round metal disc looking devices with two wires attached to them and a red button on top of them. There may be more than one. They are usually located near the Burner Tray inside the furnace. If you find them, press the red button in.

Customer:

found them, they do not push in though

M Oglesby :

Look at the back of the furnace and see if you see a rectangular device with two wires attached to it.

M Oglesby :

It has no reset button

Customer:

nothing like that at all

M Oglesby :

I mean inside the furnace cabinet at the back panel.

M Oglesby :

Did you look there.

M Oglesby :

Just above the gas valve?

Customer:

found it, that did it

Customer:

thanks a bunch
