my white rodgers thermostat is in LOCKOUT mode.
what does that mean?
how do i un lock it?

Do you know what 3 numbers are after the 1f78?

Customer :

i looked but i couldnt find them

Billy :

what exactly is on screen

Customer :

i found the 1f78 on a sticker on the inside of the front plastic panel

Customer :

the snowflake icon is blinking

Billy :

is indoor fan running?

Customer :

yes almost all the time

Customer :

no air is coming out of the vints

Billy :

go to blower...find freon pipes where they enter....find the one with black rubber...move the rubber where the pipe enters cabinet and tell me if it is frosted

Thank you...turn ac unit to off...turn fan switch to on. Let run for 45 minutes this way. You are currently frozen up across the indoor coil so no air is getting through. During this 45 min check the air filter. Thinga that freeze a coil are ....dirty filter, dirty coil, other restricted air flow issues...and then low on freon. The coil will thaw in 45 min, and then you can turn back to cool after checking the filter
