We have a Beckett Burner in Lockout and we need to reset. How?

Optional Information:
Make : Beckett
Model : F35AD8C63

How many times have you pressed reset button?

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
At least 4 or 5

Is unit in hard lockout at this point dong nothing when pressed?

If so, press and hold down button for 30 seconds to reset.

Also, has the unit ran out and you are bleeding the unit? Or do you have an ignition problem?

What is a hard lock out compared to a regular lock out

Regular lockout would be standard shutdown after no flame for trial period.

Example = Trial period is 30 seconds...flame doesnt light and trips reset. You can press reset and it will try again.

Hard lockout would be pressing reset with 3 shutdowns without flame.

Example = Trial period for 30 seconds was reset 3 times. At that point it goes into hard lockout requiring 30 second depression of reset button
