I have an Amana furnace that is blinking 4 light on the error

Customer Question

I have an Amana furnace that is blinking 4 light on the error panel. That means an open primary or auxiliary limit. What can I do except call a heating/air guy? I'm pretty handy/adventurous and unafraid to work on appliances. Just went on the roof to make sure the vent was unobstructed and it was.

Look for a button like this and press the reset. Also check your filter.

I will try this right now. Could you please tell me where on the unit this would be located? I have only access to the front of the unit. Would I need to get into the "guts"?

Thank you so much
