Resolved Question:

The pilot light keeps going out on my furnace. I replaced the thermocouple and checked the roof vent. I have no problem lighting the pilot and the temp comes up in the house. I watched the furnace cycle about a dozen times, but the next morning the pilot was out again. The furnace is a G11Q3-82V2.

The most likely cause of your problem is a dirty pilot burner orifice. To clean it you would need to dismantle the pilot burner and run a tiny wire through the orifice. You need to do this even if you can see daylight through the hole.
