Welcome to Just Answer! I'm Dr. Hinson and I'd like to help you with your question. How long has she had these symptoms?Any travel history?Who told you to give Bute and Banamine together? That is not a good idea.Where do you live? What vaccinations has she had?Does she have a fever?
Sorry haven't been able to check my E-mail We live in central Florida, no travel, has had the usual vac. EWT with flu, fever early none now. is doing better still lame swelling has gone down. Didn't know about Butt and Banamine (didn't give it myself).
Have you had a vet out there to check her at all?Any diarrhea? Are you still giving Bute and/or Banamine?Has she ever been around or exposed to horses with Strangles? Are all four limbs back to normal size?Is she walking gingerly on all four feet? How much can she walk?
