i have a 2 day old colt and his male organ is in his abdomen his is not in pain and he is nursing and walking around with his mom is this normal

What symptoms is he having?

 

Is urine coming out the umbilical area?

no it is coming out of sheath

Is he urinating in a normal stream or is it dribbling out all the time?

seems to be normal but the stream is scatterd because its in the sheath

That can be normal until they are about 5-6 days old. There is a thin layer of skin, called a frenulum, that can cause the penis to be trapped inside of the sheath. The frenulum should be broken down by 5-6 days of age. If it is not, then you should have the vet out to check him.
