in stallions, using pure testosterone (reasonable amounts) is not detectable as the stallion produces some.
in mares it is a bit more tricky, I like using a small dose of progesterone in oil.

there is no such thing. depending on what lab tests yor races, some homeotherapy products such as arnica can be used. but otherwise do not do it, you will get caught
and be careful abut the steroids too, some laboratories are better than others, and rules vary with racing jurisdictions
