Can you tell me what the battery voltage is when you attempting to start the vehicle, it should be around 12.5 volts now when sitting, but when cranking it it should drop, I would like to know what the voltage drops to when cranking.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
it's 12.5 without load and drops to 11.3 whilst cranking

Hello Jeff, sorry for the delay sir, It was 9 pm when I responded at 1 a.m. my time when you replied so I was already offline. It doesn't sound like voltage is dropping that much to signal a weak battery, What model Honda are you working on? and what size engine is it? thank you.
