JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact code? And have you tried to reset it?
Customer: P0135 and P0498.. I tried clearing them but they come right back
JA: What is the model/year of your Honda?

P0135 Oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction, P0498 Evaporator Emission system vent value control circuit low

I know what the codes mean, they will not clear? Sensors and Valve are both good.

The reason the codes come right back is because they have not been fixed yet and they are what they call hard codes.You may have to go further to fix them and only after they are repaired the codes will clear.
