My top taillight bulbs are out all others work. The bulbs

Customer Question

My top taillight bulbs are out all others work.
JA: Have you checked the bulbs? Have you checked the connection?
Customer: The bulbs look good. The connection isn't getting any juice. I can't determine what which fuse.
JA: What is the model/year of your Honda?
Customer: 2003
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Searching the manual to determine which fuse. I tested the socket with a mutlimeter with the kights turned on, no power.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have a recently new battery that isn't holding ots charge. I don't see a voltage drain with the power off. I don't know if the two are related.

I see, thanks. They run off the same fuse as the front parking lamps, (fuse #2). Do the side marker lights come on when the headlight switch is turned on?

Are you saying you are out of ideas? You're done?
Expert:  Super mechanic replied 26 days ago.

No, I am saying don't fix it and forget about me. It is rather obvious that the problem lies between the harness connection and the tail light bulbs. Thanks
