Customer Question

no warning of problem. never a start or electric problem. parked car, came back and no start. no power anywhere under hood. no idiot lights, NOTHING ANYWHERE. replaced the battery, no luck.just as if my battery cable had been cut in to.2004 pilot
JA: What is the voltage at the battery?
Customer: didnt check it at time, put brand new battery in same result. nothing
JA: Are you fixing your Pilot yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: only the battery. returning tomorrow with ohmmeter to test around. generally have no idea just taking shots in dark.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: thats all...
