How do the battery cables look?

Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.

Are they clean and free of corrosion?

Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.

Also check the routing of the battery cables and alternator wire, it can send an interference if too close to other wiring.

Expert:  Dan replied 8 months ago.

Some of the aftermarket alternators will cause this issue, I have seen this before.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
The voltage is around 14 volts unloaded and drops to about 13 when loaded.
