Hi. Yes. I just changed the battery in my Hinda Ridgeline and verified all connections. No power whatsoever.
JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
Customer: Consistent. No power. No lights. I tried old battery and the same.
JA: What year is your Ridgeline?
Customer: 2008
JA: Are you fixing your Ridgeline yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. My car would not start. I jumped the battery and it worked fine. Got home and put in new battery.

Please don't be offended by my first couple of questions, but I have seen some strange things done on this site.

First, did you mistakenly connect the battery backwards, even for a split second?
Did you remove the plastic covers from the battery posts?
