2002 crv just changed the IACV and now car won't start. It

2002 crv just changed the IACV and now car won't start. It was fine before. Seems like some kind of permissive
JA: Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?
Customer: no clean Freashly tighted.
JA: Are you fixing your CR-V yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I am fixing my self. I rechecked all the connections I undid to change the IACV. Lights come on the dash. reset the radio code.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

is that a new iacv or used?

have you checked for power on the connector ?

if you reinstall the old one doest it start

is the a red security light flashing on dash or steady on ?

doest crank over & want start or it does not turn over ?

fuses checked?
