Customer Question

2005 honda civic 1.7L clutch blew on highway 156K miles. I replaced clutch myself. It seemed to shift fine. On acceleration engine makes rattling/knocking sound. I drove car 50 - 60 miles and it fird on highway again. Car was towed to shop and their mechanic says engine is dying. Is it possible to seriously harm engine during clutch installation?
