Hello, just to confirm is this the rear drivers side window? Does it work from the master switch? is the car a DX model?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
rear left passenger (RL) side window goes down but not up. Switched the switches from right to left and the defective window switch works on opposite side. Checked for brake in wires, there is none. Installed a new master switch in drivers door and still nothing. replaced the RL motor and still nothing. Power and ground are there
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
no the RL window does not work at all (up or down) from the master switch.

reading of the info you have since replaced the motor assembly .

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
if I apply external power to the motor it works
Expert:  MASTER TECH replied 4 months ago.

ok let me get some test info.

this could be a wire issue or a bad multiplex.

Expert:  MASTER TECH replied 4 months ago.

here is the master switch input test lets see what this shows

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
The master window switch has been replaced as well.
Expert:  MASTER TECH replied 4 months ago.

ok let me take a look at the etm. brb

Expert:  MASTER TECH replied 4 months ago.

silly question but you did check the #24 20 amp fuse in the under dash fuse box ?

Expert:  MASTER TECH replied 4 months ago.

if the fuse is good then

remove the fuse box and connector M as shown in the image you will need to measure voltage at the yel/red wire and grn/blk wire and yel/bl wire

this is back probing the connector this is going to check out put signals to verify if this is a bad fuse box or open in the wire .

if this has voltage then ohm the yel/red wire from the fuse box connector M to the left rear switch harness

when you operate the master switch

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
There are no broken wires. I am getting the full 12 volt from the yellow/red wire... Getting voltage and ground. Started from the fuses and tested straight to the motor.
Expert:  MASTER TECH replied 4 months ago.

This is what I was working from
Expert:  MASTER TECH replied 4 months ago.

that is so weird cause you have power and ground at the motor but hooked up it does not work .

the system is very basic.

lets check the wires in the boot.

their is a wire that is gotta be broken but holding on with a couple strands and not able to carry the load

we see this a lot in the front doors
