Hello welcome to just answer I am master tech and will be able to assist you
so if i understand you correctly.
the fans turn on but the compressor does not come on correct.
do you have a volt ohm meter?
ok if you look at the a/c compressor you will see the single wire going to the compressor.
unplug it and measure the voltage at the harness wise coming from the body side.
or back probe the wire and see if you have 12 v when you turn the key on and the a/c on
see if you have voltage or not.
ok did you unplug the connector ?
if so make sure you check for voltage at the wire side not the compressor side.
the relay is new or good ?
you checked the under dash relay also correct.
I have to cover the basics here this is the reason for asking.
the relay have you swapped it yet ?
the clutch relay is in the under hood fuse box.
you can remove another relay from the fuse box
ok that the wrong relay
the a/c relay is in the under hood fuse box only.
see the chart I posted.
ok not sure if that was a good idea.
each relay will have different terminals.
if you use the chart I posted and remove that relay and swap it out with another black relay in that same fuse box.
lets just swap the a/c clutch relay only please.
also what are the system pressures at ?
how about the a/c pressures
whats the high side ?
ok if you can find out.
I have a CRV in my stall so I will take a pic of the relays and post it.
also in the mean time see if you can get a accurate pressure readings on the low and High side,
I have to sign off for the evening
4 am comes real fast.
good morning .
