son bought a used 2007 Honda civic today. finding small oil drips. Should he worry?

i would not be too worriedi have never ever seen a cracked block or head on these enginesthese oil drips end up being an oil pan gasket or leaking drain plug or oil filter or oil pressure switch leakingusually it comes down too one of thoseto find it you have oil dye added to the engine oil and drive it for 50 miles then shine a black light under the car to visually find the leak as the dye will show up bright yellow or greenbut in a nut shell i would not be too worried but enough to have the leak checked to see where its leaking fromif you have any questions please ask as i do not get credit for my work until you rate me here at Justanswer
