JA: Great! What have you tried so far?
Customer: nothing yet
JA: Anything else I can tell the Honda Mechanic before I connect you two?

Ok, when its fully warmed up, is the idle low or rough?
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
rough, it will run fine for about 20 to 30 minutes and then the CEL will come on and start flashing. I can reset by pulling negative battery cable off and it will run fine for a little while, then it does the same thing.

ok, this is a very common problem with these, you need to adjust the intske and exhaust valves, as they wear, they actually get tighter, the first symtom is it runs good cold, and then as it warms up, the valves tighten up and cause a missfire, we do alot of these, adjust the valves and it should be good to go,Tim
